Processing Times

All TICKET/GIFT BOX orders are hand-made within 1-2 business days
- All PRINT orders are hand-made within 1-3 business days
- All LARGE ORDER orders (such as wedding/business stationery) are handmade within 5-10 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery within the UK: 1-3 business days.

International delivery: 5-20 business days (please note customs processing may cause delays).
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Tracking is available on selected shipping options at checkout (excl. standard delivery).
Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for postal delays, customs hold-ups, or issues once the parcel has been handed to the courier. Please remain patient and wait 7 days following the expected delivery date before contacting for a replacement to be sent.
Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at aprilfoils@outlook.com.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll always work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund, depending on circumstances).
International Customers
- Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
- USA 'Trump Tariff': As of 29th August an additional tariff was made to imports into the USA. My products are exempt from such additional tariffs therefore there is no extra charge to US buyers.
